All Sales Are Final - with ONE exception...
Due to the nature of our products and the purpose-driven message behind Trophy Daughter, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason except in the rare case of a damaged or defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your book or product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@phyliciagoings.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. This means within 7 days of your order being confirmed as delivered, you will need to submit an email to report any defective or damaged product.

Digital Products
All sales of digital products (eBooks and audiobooks) are final and non-refundable.
